Specification
Delivery & installation
Every bed is delivered by our own two-person team. We carry it in, assemble it in the room of your choice, set the working height for the person using it and take all packaging away with us.
We call you within 48 hours of your order to agree a delivery window that suits the household. Typical installation takes under 90 minutes, and nothing is left for you to build or lift.
Warranty & aftercare
One year of standard warranty from the date of installation, covering the frame, the lifting mechanism, the actuators and the electronics.
A named care specialist stays with your account. Should anything need attention, we service the bed in your home rather than asking you to return it.

The hardest part of accepting a care bed is what it announces to the room. So we began with the furniture and engineered the medicine inside it: wooden head and foot boards, wooden side rails that fold away flush, and a lifting pole that lifts off when guests arrive.
