Warranty Policy

Every AVENIR Rise is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, so you can rely on it with confidence.

Warranty term. The product carries a warranty of one (1) year from the date of delivery and installation against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What the warranty covers. Genuine manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Where a covered defect arises, we will repair the product, or replace the defective part or the unit, free of cost, at our reasonable discretion.

What the warranty does not cover. Physical or accidental damage; normal wear and tear; misuse, mishandling or use contrary to the instructions; damage from unauthorised repair, modification or servicing; damage from incorrect power supply, liquid ingress beyond the product’s rating, pests, or external causes; and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

How to claim. Contact mohitpawar@bensonmedicalindia.com or +91 73031 00770 with your order number, the date of delivery, and photographs and a description of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and arrange repair or replacement. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.

After the warranty period. Out-of-warranty repairs and spare parts may be available on a chargeable basis — talk to our team.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
