These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aveniradaptive.com and any purchase made through it. The website is operated by Benson Medical Equipments (I) Pvt. Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & accounts. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account and order details accurate and secure.

Products & information. We take care to describe our product and specifications accurately. Photographs and illustrations are representative. We may correct errors in descriptions, specifications, availability or pricing at any time, and will inform you before proceeding if an error affects your order.

Pricing & payment. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; a GST tax invoice is issued for every order. An order is confirmed only once payment, or an approved EMI arrangement, is successfully authorised.

EMI. EMI options are made available at checkout by third-party banks or lending partners. Their eligibility criteria, interest and terms apply, and any EMI contract is solely between you and that provider.

Orders & acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance and/or dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where the product is unavailable or a pricing or description error is found — and will refund any amount already paid.

Delivery & installation. Delivery and in-home installation are provided as set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. You agree to provide accurate delivery details and safe, reasonable access for installation.

Returns & warranty. Because AVENIR Rise is a hygiene-sensitive product installed in your home, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Manufacturing defects are covered by the Warranty Policy and the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy below, which form part of these terms.

Safe use. This is a motorised bed with moving parts. Please follow the supplied instructions, observe the stated weight limit, and keep children and pets clear of moving mechanisms. Contact us for any service need rather than attempting repairs yourself.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — the Avenir name, logo, text and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Benson Medical Equipments (I) Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the price paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law & jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
