Every order includes white-glove delivery and full in-home installation — the bed is set up in the room of your choice and demonstrated before our team leaves.

Where we deliver. We deliver across India. If you’re unsure whether we reach your location, talk to an expert before ordering.

White-glove delivery & installation. Delivery includes full in-home installation by our team, who set the bed up in the room of your choice and demonstrate how it works before leaving.

Delivery timeline. Orders are typically delivered within 10 days of the order being placed, depending on your location. We coordinate a delivery slot with you in advance.

Scheduling & access. We contact you to schedule delivery. Please ensure accurate address details and safe, reasonable access to the installation room.

Inspection on delivery. Please inspect the product with our team at handover — see the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delays. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, logistics or force majeure. We will keep you informed of any change.
