Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Avenir collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. Benson Medical Equipments (I) Pvt. Ltd. (“Avenir”, “we”, “us”) is the data fiduciary responsible for your personal data.
Information we collect. Contact and order details you provide — name, phone number, email and delivery address — together with your order history, your communications with us, and standard usage, device and cookie data when you browse aveniradaptive.com.
Payment data. Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers; that data is handled by the gateway under its own security standards and applicable RBI norms.
How we use it. To process and deliver your order, arrange installation, service and warranty support, respond to enquiries, issue invoices, meet our legal and tax obligations, and — only where you have consented — send you updates and offers you can withdraw from at any time.
Consent & legal basis. We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and, where applicable, for legitimate uses permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (such as fulfilling an order you have placed). You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Sharing. We share data only as needed with our logistics and installation partners, our payment gateway, and service providers who help us operate the business, and where required by law or a competent authority. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences and understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser; some features may not function without them.
Security & retention. We apply reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and retain it only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights. Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made thereunder, you may request access to, correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal data, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. To exercise any right, contact our Grievance Officer below.
Children. Our products and site are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children without verifiable parental or guardian consent as required by law.
